Experiments

Experiment with these ideas and see what difference it makes to you in this next week!

  1. Give someone you love a hug every day (don’t forget to ask if they are okay with you hugging them).
  2. If you have an argument, practice some of the tips you learned today to help you respond to the situation.
  3. Spend some time with some of the adults in your family - ask them to tell you something about their lives or show them something you are interested in.
  4. Choose to tell your parents/guardians one thing you did at the end of each day and ask them to do the same.
  5. Play a game with someone.
  6. Offer to help someone this week.
  7. Try to include someone who is on their own or feeling left out.
  8. If you are feeling lonely take time to get help and talk to someone.
  9. Draw a picture or make a poster about what makes a good friend.
  10. Tell one of your friends what you like about them and what makes them a good friend.
