    Challenges with people you know
  1. Write a thank you note to someone
  2. Smile and say “hello” to everyone you know this week.
  3. Do something practical to help out at home.
  4. Invite someone who is on their own to play.

  5. Challenges with people you don’t know
  6. Take something you no longer need to a charity shop (with your parent/guardian’s permission).
  7. Open a door for someone or let someone pass in front of you.
  8. Pick up rubbish if you see it on the floor.
  9. Place kind notes in places.

  10. Challenges you can do for yourself
  11. Write down one positive thing about yourself every day for a week.
  12. Take a laughter break — watch a funny clip that makes you laugh.
  13. Write yourself a list of all the things you are good at.
