    At home — be in the moment
  1. The next time you have something to eat or drink, slow down and take time to enjoy the taste.

  2. At home — looking for the good things
  3. Go for a walk with an adult and sit somewhere and take time to look around you and relax. Just enjoy being there. See how many things you can see that are lovely.
  4. Photograph interesting things you see.

  5. At home — noticing the everyday
  6. Watch the sunrise or sunset.
  7. Draw a picture or take some time to doodle or colour in.
  8. Make a journal each week describing how you have done some of these things and what you have found, what you have felt.
