10:10 for young people is a well-being resource to help 11 to 17 year-olds discover how to live life well.

Why Happiness?

It has been said that youth should be the happiest time in a person’s life. Yet for thousands of young people, the reality can be very different.

10:10 helps young people to explore different ways they can look after their well-being and starts by posing the question ‘how can we be happy?’ Across ten themes and through activities, films, discussion and take home ideas 10:10 gives young people the opportunity to explore transformative ideas around how to truly flourish.

Adaptable material

10:10 is built on positive psychology, sometimes referred to ‘the study of what makes life most worth living’ and explores spiritual virtues and values around how we live life well. 10:10 can be delivered as a course or as stand-alone themes — meaning it can be easily adapted for use in small groups, lessons, assemblies, and lunch-time clubs.

Course Materials

The 10:10 course materials include: a Leader’s Guide, 20 short films, Powerpoints, a range of printable resources, and Question Cards. This course is also available as a digital-only option, with all materials delivered on a USB.

The Leader’s Guide and USB contains all you need to run 10:10. The Leader's Guide has 400+ pages packed full of session overviews, lesson plans for each theme, ideas for groups and individuals to try, as well as background reading for each of the themes looking at the psychology. The USB includes 20 films, 10 powerpoints and numerous supporting materials.
